ZECare+ is an insurance policy that covers accidental damage, battery depletion, and technical support for ZE devices: 

• Coverage: Covers accidental damage to the screen, external enclosure, and internal components of your device. It also covers battery service if the battery falls below 80% of its original capacity.
  
  

• Technical support: Provides 24/7 priority access to technical support. 

• Repairs: Covers repairs and replacements for your device.
  

• Cables: Covers power cords and charging cables that come with the device. 

ZECare+ does not cover:

• Loss or theft

• Normal wear and tear

• Intentionally-caused damage

• Fire

• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

• Failures due to defect in design, workmanship, modification, or any alteration
