45-Day Buyer Protection

  • All items will deliver between 5-45 days.
  • You can enter your tracking number on order tracking page to stay up to date with your shipment.
  • If your order is not received in 30 days, please contact us via live chat button.
  • If you don't receive your order/item not as described in 45 days, we will issue full refund or free replacement.
  • We offer post-purchase support for our products.
  • You can reach out to us at any time, even years after your purchase.
  • We promise to offer the best possible solution to any issues that may arise.

Cancellation Policy

  • As we proceed large order volume with automated systems, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. But please check with us if we can cancel. We will try our best. 
  • You can return if you don't want to keep your order. 


Return Policy

If you want to return your order:

  • All return items must be in new condition without any signs of usage. (If you have used, it cannot be returned or refunds are not guaranteed).
  • You can return in 30 days after you received. 
  • All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
  • Items above $25 should be returned with trackable option.
  • Restocking fees ($25 or less) may be applied if you purchase with free shipping.

Defective or Damage Item Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via live chat or email. You should attach a photo or video of defective item to proceed faster. 
  • If you purchased ZE Care Plus protection plan, please also mention that. 
  • We will verify it with courier and offer best solution. 

Order Selection and Delivery Policy

  • You must select the correct color, size and shipping address.
  • We will not be responsible for any losses due to an incorrect address or item.
