Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchanges

ORDER CANCELLATION

As we proceed your order as soon as we receive, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. As we need to process large orders, we cannot modify the order or cancel the order after our system received it. 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

You received your order and not satisfied?  No worries. We will get it back. But you need to let us know within 3 Days of the status of shipment being delivered. All returns that are requested after 3 days of being delivered cannot be returned. All return items must be in brand new condition without any signs of usage. Once used, it cannot be returned. If you returned the used items, refunds are not guaranteed and we cannot ship it back to you. 

All return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer as our most items offer with discount price. We will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. 25% restocking fees will be applied for return items as we have processing fees, shipping costs, and management fees.

Defective or Damage product received?
Please contact us contact@zesmartwatches.com. We will investigate with couriers and offer the best possible solution. We have replacement programs as well. Please do let us know.

All return items must be in original quality, unused to get eligible refund.  All of our items are shipped with a tracking code to ensure they arrive safely and on time! 

We guarantee that all items will arrive between 10-45 days. Rest assured knowing you will get your order in time! Once your item has shipped simply enter the tracking number to stay up to date with your shipment! 

Replacements ARE ONLY ISSUED DUE TO A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT of Factory Fault.

ALL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRECT COLOR AND SIZE AND SHIPPING ADDRESS. 

If a customer buys the wrong color and receives the wrong color, that is the customer's liability. We will ship according to the invoice color.

If you are shipping an item over $25 for a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returned, delivered but not received refund or gift card?
Please contact us. Refunds and gift cards are usually processed within 14 business days. If you don't receive refund after 14 business days, please check your bank. If you still don't find,  please email to our executive team-  executive@stenterprisellc.com

If you don't return according to our policy but refused the delivery, it takes months for us to get it back. Sometimes, postal service destroyed return items without sending it back to us. In this case, we can only issue refund after we have received return item in good shape.
