Will it work with my phone?
Yes. ZE™ Fit 2 works with iPhone and Android phones. You pair it once over Bluetooth in the free companion app, and there’s no subscription.
I’ve never had a smartwatch. Is it hard to set up?
No. Charge it, download the free app listed in the user manual and follow the steps to pair it with your phone. Our team can also help on WhatsApp or by email, 9 AM–6 PM ET.
Can I take calls on it?
Yes. When your phone is nearby and connected, you can answer calls and talk through the watch. It doesn’t have its own cellular connection, so keep your phone within Bluetooth range.
Will I see my texts and notifications?
Yes. Calls, texts and app notifications from your phone show up on the watch while it’s connected.
How long does the battery last?
Around 5–7 days with everyday use, and up to 25 days on standby. Lots of calls and notifications use more power, so your results depend on how you use it.
Is it waterproof?
It’s rated IP68, so hand-washing, sweaty workouts and rain are fine. We don’t recommend swimming, hot showers or saunas.
How accurate is the health tracking?
ZE™ Fit 2 tracks heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep to help you spot everyday trends. These are wellness estimates, not medical measurements. Talk to your doctor about any health concerns.
Will it fit my wrist?
The strap fits wrists up to 25 cm (10 in). An extra leather strap is in the box, so you can switch between a sporty and a smarter look.
Is it a good gift?
Yes. It sets up on the recipient’s own phone with the free app, and the user manual walks them through it. Returns follow our usual policy: unused, in the original packaging, within 45 days of delivery.
When will it arrive?
Shipping is free and tracked. US orders usually arrive in 5–8 business days; Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand in 5–12; Europe and Asia in 5–10. You’ll get a tracking link by email when it ships.

I really like the watch. However, there needs to be programming updates to allow for more adjustments to the watch such as time the display stays on, time adjustments, and probably more. Also, possible face changes.
Does not work properly, wrote an email last week! Temperature shows 26, if it‘s 30 or 15! And the watch feels so light!!!compared to Avolon which I also have this one is so bad!!
I know it is not an expensive item, but my assessment is that it looks cheap.
After syncing it to my cell phone and with both devices separated, as in different rooms, the volume of notifications on my phone as well as the volume of the callers voice are substantially reduced, making it difficult to hear the caller, even with the phone speaker turned on.
Also the inability to keep the face illuminated is disappointing.
i am not using it and have stopped syncing it.
I have all of the ZE watches that are available and doubles of many. This is the latest version of ZE and looking forward to the next version. Very happy with all of them. I rotate all my watches as they need to be charged. Thanks ZE.
