Replacement of rubber bracelet was done effortlessly.
The only hiccup would be that the website doesn't specify that it's the rubber bracelet - it states that it's the metal one - but a quick email to customer service confirmed it all & let me know that they were working at clarifying that for users.

This is a fantastic watch, it functions great with my iPhone 13 mini. Easy to use, and looks great with the metal band when i have a suite on. Looks very stylish.

Wasn’t expecting this little watch to do all things promised, but it does. And I have not charged It in 16 days and still have 30% battery life.
I purchased 2 extra charging cords and to my surprise, when they arrived, a new watch band was enclosed.
I’ll be giving these away for bday and Christmas presents, it’s really just that good.

While on vacation, I lost the charging cable. I contacted the company and they said that they had the replacement in a bundle, which included two cables and a replacement wristband. I was glad to have an additional cable and a replacement was fine. It was metal and black so it better fit the style than the silver-colored one that came with my watch initially. Overall, I am happy with the service. I am really amazed at the length of time the watch operated between charges. It was about a week and a half, which is super.

Just received my ZE Active accessory kit containing two charging cables and new metal watch band and extra pins. Now I don't have to keep searching for the charging cable every two weeks and having an extra metal wrist band is a big plus. Customer service directed me to the proper place to order this kit and it shipped immediately and arrived quickly. Kudos to ZE on a great product and excellent customer service.
