My original watch broke where the strap attaches after approximately 4 months use. I submitted a photo and explanation and received a response in good time. I was offered a replacement watch but had to pay a fee of US$38.25 for “service charges and delivery”. The new watch arrived in good time and well packaged. The only issue was that the strap adjusting tool did not work. It was faulty and so it was some time before I could locate an alternative. If anyone from ZE reads this, I wanted to let you know that the screen protector glass is extremely brittle and chips and cracks very easily. Mainly because it sits proud of the watch face. A bit annoying but doesn’t really affect the watch performance. Thanks

It took longer than expected to arrive but pleased with everything in the pack, straps. Charged it fully and starting wearing straight away. Happy I've got a nice watch to measure fitness and all other apps it as.

I have been enjoying the watch. I still have things to learn about it, it seems like there are never enough hours in the day to pause and take a minute to explore things, like the watch. But, in time I will figure everything out. Thanks!!!

Below is the correspondence I sent prior to receiving the replacement watch. The replacement process was OUTSTANDING, PROMT, AND TIMELY. However, there was a breakdown when it came to correspondence, and I received the same watch that I had issues with. Hi there I am really chuffed with my new watch. My last one, a Ze Fit, still works but the charger crocodile clip broke up. It lasted almost 5 years. I contacted customer support and because the charger was no longer in production I was offered a ZE Force smartwatch at a very much reduced cost. The watch arrived last month and is brilliant. I am a first responder and really need a reliable watch. Because it can monitor heart rate, Blood pressure and blood oxygen I occassionally use it to monitor someone whilst I speak with a clinician over the phone and await the arrival of paramedics. This is invaluable. The watch is robust, simple to use, and with the app it has other functionality for fitness training etc. A big thank you from me to customer support and a firm recommendation for this product and the company's after sales service to customers overseas such as myself who try to buy US kit because it is better quality, with reliability at a fair price. What am I to do with my other expensive watches? I can’t take my ZE X off. Only problem is that the screen is so bright it wakes up my wife. Please build in a setting that would dim the display between 10 PM and 6AM

This is the best watch as it does everything you can imagine. It checks my heart beat my Blood pressure my O2 levels workouts, Timing, steps, everything the price is right it won't break your wallet, like an apple watch and it connects to apple health also. It also keeps a charge for over a week and charges back to full capacity within one hour or so. Really, do yourself a big favor and get one of the ZE Technologies Active Watches.

quick and easy. ii contacted the service department with my issues and they asked a few questions, made some suggestions and then determined they would replace, no fuss/no muss. when told a replacement was on its way i thought they must be kidding as i was expecting a lot of "hand wringing and hoops to jump through." instead i have a "new" ZE taking over for the previous model. Very pleased with how i was treated and the quality of the product.

The watch is great! The connectivity is better than my Apple watch for staying connected to my phone. My 1st watch died the first time I swam with it. I was able to get a replacement with the warranty and the process was pretty easy and quick. My only complaint would be that my 1st watch had the gunmetal grey bezel and separate band, and the replacement is silver. I definitely do not like the looks of the silver nearly as much. When I questioned it, they promptly replied that it must've been an inventory issue. Aside from that, the watch works as advertised is actually pretty great, although I am nervous to swim with this new one even though I should be able to

I love this watch! This watch does it all. It looks great and stands up to my daily routine without any issues. The battery life is amazing. I have charged about every 10-12 days, depending on how much I am using the screen for advancing music/podcasts or tracking exercise sessions, and I have not had any issues with it running down or underperforming due to low battery. The look of this watch is perfect. It is both a sport watch with the look and feel of a regular timepiece. The extra band is sharp and gives it another use as I can dress it up a bit and still have all the functionality. This is a true everyday watch. My only suggestion: if there were more bands available, this could be the best watch ever and I would only take it off to change the band to fit any/every occasion. I looked for a new everyday watch for a long time. I tried to replace my athletic watch with multiple other watches that have either failed or simply didn't do enough to make them worth wearing every day. Yet, I have never liked the look of apple watch or most of the other smartwatches I've seen. The ZE Active was the watch I was looking for, both how it looks and what it can do, which is everything! Had to ask for a replacement watch, after 2 weeks, the display just went to lines, then disappeared totally, all functions still worked via IPhone,it could have been my fault, swam in it 3 times a week, but then went into sauna. Wether it was steam or heat or just a faulty unit. No problem whatsoever in getting a replacement watch, very fast dispatch Have not worn the replacement in the pool or sauna, but I’m going to swim in it soon will not use in sauna, shame though as its advertised as military grade Simple to set up even for an 80 year old like me had to think when I already had one tied to my phone , looks great with the free stainless strap Let’s hope this stays good. I can never get the Oxygen metric to provide daily data when the 'Automatic Health Monitor' is enabled. It works manually during 'Health Measurement' check Ok. Maybe a software bug, which I've upgraded to the latest version with issue persists. It did work automatically on the older version of this watch, and now I've gone through 2 watches with issue persists.

The battery was only lasting one day on my initial purchase but the replacement has a more comprehensive app and the battery is lasting a full week. Excellent watch for the money. Great battery time and the availability to change the watch face is great. I’m a Walker and use the watch to count my steps and keep track of my heart rate etc.

The replacement watch is cool bring able to answer calls now is noce. Heart rate and BP are not very accurate though.

First one sent wouldn't charge. I bought a new charger and it worked fine. They sent me a replacement and it worked as it should. Cool features. Easy to use and connect. Phone calls through the watch are extremely clear. BP readings are consistent with what my BP cuff says. Not disappointed with it at all.

Had issues at the beginning.. but they took care of it.. now I’m enjoying the watch. It’s nice. I wish the weather will sync with my iPhone.
