I had to contact customer service because the initial setup is not intuitive nor does the manual help. They responded within 24 hours. I followed what they said and it was a breeze. I love this watch. All my friends with Apple Watches are envious because it does 90% of shat theirs does at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend

This is my fourth watch from them. It’s the first time I have had issues with it staying linked to my phone. I also don’t like that some off the programs they say it will have are not there on this watch.

My new ZE X Military Smartwatch is a fantastic watch for the Sirius outdoor enthusiast or individual, wanting a rugged, smart watch for every day use. I wear mine in both situations, in the office as well as outdoors at our ranch in northern Minnesota, which dish up some pretty harsh conditions. This thing performs beautifully and has an incredible battery life, I’ve gone over seven days without having to charge it! I bought this as a surprise gift for my bf who is currently serving on tour in Iraq. I wanted to give him something when he comes back at the end of his tour.
I've tested it by linking it with my phone and it works! I just wish there was a smaller version for small female wrists because this one is too bulky for me. Overall, everything is as described. I know my bf will like it coz he only has an analogue watch.

I have had many smart watches and in all of them the battery lasts 1 day. I love the way this battery just lasts and lasts. l am just as delighted with the watch face. It is big enough to read it even without my glasses on. This one’s a winner.

I have a couple of the watches. The newest-ZE X just came recently. I also have the ZE Active. There is very little difference between the two. Both get excellent battery time (several days), both offer the main uses-heart, sleep, phone. etc. The biggest difference I can see now is the number of faces offered. The Active has numerous faces one can load, the X only has a few at the moment. This seems trivial but I do like the ability to change. It is almost like getting a new watch weekly- not really, but it makes it interesting. For the money they are hard to beat.
