What am I to do with my other expensive watches? I can’t take my ZE X off. Only problem is that the screen is so bright it wakes up my wife. Please build in a setting that would dim the display between 10 PM and 6AM

This is the best watch as it does everything you can imagine. It checks my heart beat my Blood pressure my O2 levels workouts, Timing, steps, everything the price is right it won't break your wallet, like an apple watch and it connects to apple health also. It also keeps a charge for over a week and charges back to full capacity within one hour or so. Really, do yourself a big favor and get one of the ZE Technologies Active Watches.

quick and easy. ii contacted the service department with my issues and they asked a few questions, made some suggestions and then determined they would replace, no fuss/no muss. when told a replacement was on its way i thought they must be kidding as i was expecting a lot of "hand wringing and hoops to jump through." instead i have a "new" ZE taking over for the previous model. Very pleased with how i was treated and the quality of the product.

The watch is great! The connectivity is better than my Apple watch for staying connected to my phone. My 1st watch died the first time I swam with it. I was able to get a replacement with the warranty and the process was pretty easy and quick. My only complaint would be that my 1st watch had the gunmetal grey bezel and separate band, and the replacement is silver. I definitely do not like the looks of the silver nearly as much. When I questioned it, they promptly replied that it must've been an inventory issue.

This watch does it all. It looks great and stands up to my daily routine without any issues. The battery life is amazing. I have charged about every 10-12 days, depending on how much I am using the screen for advancing music/podcasts or tracking exercise sessions, and I have not had any issues with it running down or underperforming due to low battery.
The look of this watch is perfect. It is both a sport watch with the look and feel of a regular timepiece. The extra band is sharp and gives it another use as I can dress it up a bit and still have all the functionality. This is a true everyday watch. My only suggestion: if there were more bands available, this could be the best watch ever and I would only take it off to change the band to fit any/every occasion.
I looked for a new everyday watch for a long time. I tried to replace my athletic watch with multiple other watches that have either failed or simply didn't do enough to make them worth wearing every day. Yet, I have never liked the look of apple watch or most of the other smartwatches I've seen. The ZE Active was the watch I was looking for, both how it looks and what it can do, which is everything!

Had to ask for a replacement watch, after 2 weeks, the display just went to lines, then disappeared totally, all functions still worked via IPhone,it could have been my fault, swam in it 3 times a week, but then went into sauna. Wether it was steam or heat or just a faulty unit.
No problem whatsoever in getting a replacement watch, very fast dispatch
Have not worn the replacement in the pool or sauna, but I’m going to swim in it soon will not use in sauna, shame though as its advertised as military grade
Simple to set up even for an 80 year old like me had to think when I already had one tied to my phone , looks great with the free stainless strap

I can never get the Oxygen metric to provide daily data when the 'Automatic Health Monitor' is enabled. It works manually during 'Health Measurement' check Ok.
Maybe a software bug, which I've upgraded to the latest version with issue persists.
It did work automatically on the older version of this watch, and now I've gone through 2 watches with issue persists.

First one sent wouldn't charge. I bought a new charger and it worked fine. They sent me a replacement and it worked as it should. Cool features. Easy to use and connect. Phone calls through the watch are extremely clear. BP readings are consistent with what my BP cuff says. Not disappointed with it at all.
